What are the payment options?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Why was my credit card declined?

If you’re having trouble with payment, please ensure that you are using one of our accepted payment methods and that you have sufficient funds on your card. There are a number of reasons why your payment may not be accepted. 

2000: DO NOT HONOUR - The customer's bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. The customer will need to contact their bank for more details regarding this generic decline. 

2010: CARD ISSUER DECLINED CVV - The customer entered in an invalid security code or made a typo in their card information. Have the customer attempt the transaction again – if the decline persists, the customer will need to contact their bank.

2015: TRANSACTION NOT ALLOWED
 - The customer's bank is declining the transaction for unspecified reasons, possibly due to an issue with the card itself. They will need to contact their bank or use a different payment method.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Please note that we currently do not offer payment plans. All purchases must be made in full at the time of ordering. We're committed to providing high-quality products and are continually exploring ways to make them more accessible. Please check our website for any future updates on payment options.

How do I redeem a SmileDent Gift Card?

Redeeming a SmileDent Gift Card is a simple process:

  1. Shop: Select the products you wish to purchase from the SmileDent website.
  2. Checkout: Proceed to the checkout page after adding your chosen items to the cart.
  3. Enter Gift Card Code: On the checkout page, look for a field labeled 'Gift Card' or 'Promo Code'. Enter your SmileDent Gift Card code here.
  4. Apply the Code: After entering the code, click on 'Apply'. The gift card value will be deducted from the total cost of your order.
  5. Complete the Purchase: If there's a balance remaining, provide payment details for the rest. If your gift card covers the total cost, simply confirm the order.
Can I edit or cancel my order?

We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery, this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed.

If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact us via our Contact Form with the subject ‘cancel’ and your order details as soon as possible.
