Where does SmileDent ship to?
SmileDent proudly offers international shipping to numerous countries around the world. To see if we ship to your location, please refer to the detailed list available in our shipping policy on the SmileDent website.

What's the expected delivery time for my parcel?
The expected delivery time for your SmileDent parcel can vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Generally, orders are processed within a few business days, and delivery can take:
- Domestic Orders: Typically 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Usually 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and can be affected by factors such as high demand, postal service delays, or customs clearance.
My SmileDent parcel is lost, what can I do?
All shipping timeframes operate in business days which excludes weekends and public holidays.
If your delivery has exceeded the shipping timeframe you will need to contact the courier delivering the parcel to you incase they have more information that isn't shown on your tracking link. Your parcel could be awaiting collection at your local post office.
If they are unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to our Customer support team via our Contact Form.
What happens if entered wrong adress?
Please contact us via our Contact Form as soon as possible.
In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed by our warehouse. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, we may contact you or your order may be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
How can I track my SmileDent order?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, don’t stress!
Visit the Shipping Information article and enter your order number and email address and receive your tracking information.
*Please note, tracking can take around 24 hours to update after dispatch.
SmileDent Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date, however it must be unused and unopened. We will only provide you with a refund once we receive the product returned to us, and our team ensures it is unused and in resalable condition. To be able to return a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase from SmileDent.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- SmileDent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- SmileDent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Destinations:
- We ship to the entire USA, Australia, England, and all European states.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently do not ship outside the specified regions above.
